What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All our products get Shipped by Australia post also available as bulk packaging and rural locations. Local Pickup is also available from our Sydney Warehouse depending on stock availability in our Sydney location.
Shipping cost:
Flat Rate: $10 (Typically takes 2-3 Days in Metro Areas, other states can vary)
Express: $15 (Ships Next Day via Australia Post Express Service)
Heavy Items: Between 3-7kg as Express Shipping only for $25
Bulk Items: Between 7-50kg as Express Shipping only for $40
** Shipping days are calculated for Business days only (Mon-Fri).
Please note that the GST amount is indeed added during the checkout process, which ensures transparency and compliance with legal requirements.

Do I Need an Account To Place Order?
Not necessarily. You can checkout as onetime purchase, but we would suggest to sign up to get discount coupons and to get exclusive access to our exclusive deals.
What if my purchase doesn’t arrive within the usual timeframe?
Please contact us at care@intimately.com.au or via online contact form or via live chat. Please quote the invoice and we will follow it up in 24 hours. Most cases we try our best to maintain the stock quantity on our site but if a product becomes unavailable due to unexpected reasons, we will notify you about the delay or issue a full refund.
What if a product is out of stock?
If a product becomes out of stock don’t worry. We are here to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience with us.
- We will advise you when the product will become available
- You can choose any other product with same price if you have paid already
- We can offer you a full refund (It can take up to 7 days but most refunds gets processed within 2 days)
- We can offer you a voucher that you can use anytime in our store.
